The new Nikon Coolpix Style series includes some of the world’s fastest and smallest high-megapixel cameras in its class. The Style-series is designed to take great pictures - and look great while doing so. One reason that consumers will want to pull the Style-series camera out of their purse or pocket is Nikon’s face detection feature, which is faster than ever and can now detect up to 12 faces. This face priority autofocus, available on the Nikon Coolpix S510 camera, finds a face swiftly when detected within the frames shot, measures the brightness of the person’s face and determines the best exposure. The Nikon Coolpix S510 digital compact camera is priced at a suggested €279.

The Nikon S510 digital compact camera, offers the same world-class speed and svelte body as the new Coolpix S700, introduced at the same time. Yet style-conscious buyers can choose from an even greater palette of camera colours, including Silver, Urban Black, and Pink. The speedy Nikon Coolpix S510 powers up in just 0.7 seconds and includes an 8.1 megapixel sensor for great high-resolution images.
