Right before the IFA 2007 show in Berlin begins another compact camera makes it appearance in the good old Google search engine. Although the camera is not confirmed by Kodak we may assume that the Kodak EasyShare V1253 will be introduced very soon. Although the information is not official yet, thanks to Google’s cache there are some Kodak information pages available with the following specifications. The Kodak Z812 IS features a 12x Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon optical zoom lens with optical image stabilization and 8.2 Megapixel resolution. High Definition is the latest hot feature, at least according to those camera manufacturers who offer HD on its camera series, and we notice that the Kodak EasyShare Z812 IS also offers HD quality photos and 720p (30 fps) video.
