Panasonic Lumix FX55

Panasonic introduces the new Lumix 8.1 Megapixel DMC-FX55 camera of 28mm wide angle LEICA DC lens with 3.6x optical zoom (equivalent to 28mm to 100 mm on a 35mm film camera) featuring f/2.8 brightness. Despite its remarkably compact body and slim profile, the stylish Panasonic Lumix FX55 digital compact camera boasts a 28mm wide-angle Leica DC lens that lets you fit more people in a photo when space is tight or capture beautiful portraits of people with sweeping scenery or large structures in the background. The Panasonic DMC-FX55 incorporates a 3.0-inch large LCD. Effective resolution has been increased to 8.1 Megapixels, which supports the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55's enhanced functions.

Panasonic Lumix FZ18

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX100

Panasonic announce a new addition to the Lumix family of high-performance digital cameras. The new Lumix DMC-FX100 combines 1/1.72-inch large 12.2-megapixel image recording with a superb, 28mm wide-angle Leica DC lens that features a 3.6x optical zoom (equivalent to 28-100mm on a 35mm film camera) and f/2.8 brightness. This Leica DC lens has been newly developed specifically for the Lumix FX100, whose 12.2-megapixel recording gives users the creative power to capture stunningly true-to-life high-resolution images with extraordinary resolution, detail and clarity. Panasonic managed to pack the advanced 28mm wide-angle lens and large CCD into a sleek, slim body.

Panasonic AG-HPX500 P2 broadcast HD camcorder

Panasonic introduced the AG-HPX500, a P2 HD camcorder that teams the full production-quality of 2/3” 3-CCDs, DVCPRO HD, 4:2:2 sampling and independent frame encoding with the versatility of interchangeable lenses and the creativity of variable frame rates. Offering the highly popular features of the AG-HVX200 P2 HD hand-held camcorder but with many new enhancements, the 8.2-pound AG-HPX500 features progressive 2/3” 3-CCDs that provide a larger light receiving area resulting in increased resolution, superb low-light performance and wide dynamic range. The AG-HPX500 will be available in May 2007 at a suggested list price of $14,000 including a 5-year limited warranty program.

IFA NEWS 2017 REPORT - The IFA International Consumer Electronics Show took place every two years, but since 2006 the IFA show became once again an annual event under Berlin’s famous Funkturm landmark. In the early days, back in 1924 the IFA began in Berlin as the “Great German Radio Exhibition”. In the meantime, the International Consumer Electronics Show has not only become the world's biggest trade show for consumer electronics but also presents the world's largest number of product premieres in consumer electronics and home appliances. At IFA 2009 more than 3 billion Euros worth of orders were generated. IFA 2010 could even surpass this number! The total number of exhibitors at last year’s IFA show was 1164 from 46 countries.
