HTC HD Smartphone review - The new HTC Desire HD Smartphone comes in a slim packaging with a large image of the phone itself on the front. As soon as we open the packaging, the HTC Desire HD can be picked up immediately. The HTC Desire HD Smartphone looks impressive, it is big but it also has a very sleek design. The front of the phone has a large touchscreen of 4.3 inches, with a few touch keys underneath it. The back of the HTC Desire HD Smartphone is made out of one piece, just like the HTC Legend, although it does have a couple of flaps and a cut-away near the flash made of a different material which makes the HTC mobile phone look a bit rough.

During the IFA 2010, the Samsung Galaxy Tab was shown and a few months later, the Tab has seen a phased introduction and is now available in different countries. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Android tablet can be comfortably held in one hand, just like holding a Smartphone, although you will notice its weight after a while. I put the tablet flat on the table to keep working with it. Operation is intuitive and the tablets buttons in combination with the touch control make it easy to navigate. The memory card slot for the microSD / SDHC cards and the SIM slot are found on the side of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. In addition, the on/off button and the volume button are neatly integrated into the side. The front of the Samsung Galaxy Tab, there is a VGA camera for video calling, and a 3 Megapixel digital camera is on the back.

According to Samsung, the system camera will conquer 4% of market share in 2010, but it is expected to increase five times in 2011 to 20% of market shares in the DSLR and system camera segment. It is clear that this will be at the cost of part of the digital SLR camera market. The new Samsung NX100 is expected to be part of that increase. Review IFA 2010 - At the time of the official introduction of the Olympus E-1, the first Four Thirds DSLR camera, on sunny Mallorca, the first step was made to set up the Four Thirds System. I was present, in 2003, and got to know the first generation Four Thirds DSLR camera. In the years thereafter, a lot of models were added, but there were few high-end Four Thirds DSLR cameras. Four years later came the Olympus E-3, which was an improvement on many fronts, and a nice evolution. Three years later, I finally have my hands on the Olympus E-5, the newest Olympus Four Thirds DSLR camera. Do we still have to wait for a new DSLR evolution?

Sony has recently discovered that, with certain units of the Sony Cybershot T5 released in September 2005, there is the possibility that metal plating on the bottom of the camera unit may warp, causing slight cut or scratch to the skin of the user when it is directly touched. In its effort to ensure customer satisfaction, Sony will offer a free replacement service of the bottom casing. With certain Sony T5 models, the metal plating peels away from the unit and warps outward. Due to an irregularity during the initial part production, the adhesive strength of the metal plating declined. As a result, it became more likely that damage to the bottom casing could cause the metal plating to peel away and warp outward.
